[Poetry] Haunting

Like a ghost that haunts a house,
You are but one that haunts my heart;
In quiet moments of every day,
I keep going back to that day so great.
Like a spirit moving swiftly,
I felt your presence not just today;
But long ago, it's just ignored,
Because I am but so afraid.
My very soul is haunting me,
My heart and mind at war;
I am in conflict with myself,
I am confused, I know I am.
You're like a spirit that goes unseen,
A ghost that haunts the stillness of each day;
A spirit that taught me to move on,
A ghost that I can't live without.
